Sorry about that. PayPal is currently experiencing delays, and the payment is stuck in limbo as they fix a bug. I have talked with them, and they expect the problem to be fixed sometime today. I am sorry for the confusion!

What I do know is that this has been a good affiliate program in the past, but I really hate being kept in the dark!
